Crafted by our acclaimed luthiers in Southern California, the USA Horizon-II is a premium quality guitar designed for serious players. It offers set-thru construction for smooth access to the highest frets at 25.5” scale, pairing a carved-topped mahogany body with a three-piece, extra-thin u-shaped maple neck. Other design features include an ebony fingerboard with 24 extra-jumbo Jescar stainless steel frets and abalone offset block inlays, natural masked binding on the body, and white binding on the fingerboard and headstock.

We select only the finest components with ESP USA guitar models, so the USA Horizon-II Tiger Eye Sunburst features Gotoh Magnum Lock tuners, a TonePros locking TOM bridge with string-thru-body design for excellent sustain and resonance, Dunlop Straplok buttons, and a bone nut. The direct-mount pickups on the USA Horizon-II Tiger Eye Sunburst are a custom hand-wound set that you won’t find outside of ESP. In the bridge position is a Seymour Duncan Custom 14, a new pickup made exclusively for ESP that offers high output and extraordinary tonal balance with mind-blowing articulation and clarity, and is splittable with a push-pull control on the tone knob. The Custom 14 is paired with a special cosmetically-matching Seymour Duncan APH-1 Alnico II Pro humbucker in the neck position, a legendary pickup that offers a hot, full tone with tons of natural sustain.
