Redemption of Offer: You may submit your request to redeem the “DWP Festival 2021 Merch Offer” by purchasing one of the eligible products and then completely filling out the online redemption form at http://www.espguitars.com. By making a claim for redemption, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Eligible products for the “DWP Festival 2021 Merch Offer” include any ESP, E-II, or LTD guitar or bass with a pre-sales tax purchase price of $499 USD or higher, purchased new from an Authorized ESP Dealer or via the ESP web site’s ShopESP “Buy Now” function.

Merchandise Items: The standard merchandise items for the “DWP Festival 2021 Merch Offer” include (1) ESP Leather Grommet Guitar Strap (retail value $69.99), (1) ESP 1975 Hood Sweatshirt (retail value $54.99), and (1) ESP Trucker Hat (retail value $24.99). In the event that any of the items are out of stock or otherwise unavailable at the time of redemption, ESP reserves the right to substitute similar items of equal or greater value as necessary.

Eligibility: This offer is open only to legal residents of the United States. You must be 16 years or older as of September 23, 2021. Employees of The ESP Guitar Company and their affiliates, their agencies and representatives and their immediate family members, and individuals residing in the same household as such individuals are not eligible to participate in this offer. This offer is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating, you agree to these official rules, and agree to accept all decisions of ESP with respect to this offer as final.

Eligible Redemption Period: The “DWP Festival 2021 Merch Offer” will begin on September 23, 2021. Eligible instruments must show a purchase date on or before December 31, 2021. Merchandise redemption requests will be accepted until 11:59 PM, PST, on January 15, 2022. Merchandise items will be sent to eligible recipients at the address provided by the recipient in the online form. Recipients are responsible for the payment of all applicable federal, state and local taxes. ESP may use information you provide to us in order to send you updates, such as notifications of changes to the terms of our services or information about our services and products. You will be provided opportunities to “opt out” of future communications upon receipt of any communications from ESP.

Limitation of Liability: Neither ESP nor any of its affiliates is responsible for printing or typographical errors in any offer-related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries; or for transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. Delivery of Items: Redemption offer merchandise items will be delivered to eligible recipients within 4-6 weeks of submission of complete redemption information.
