New Choices in LTD Deluxe EC Series

Let’s get started with four outstanding new additions to the EC-1000 Series. We have two new EC-1000T CTM guitars, available in Tobacco Sunburst Satin and See Thru Black Cherry finishes. The “T” stands for “traditional”, referring to this model’s full-thickness body that’s chambered for weight relief. Some of the highlights include Fishman Open Core Classic pickups (with push-pull control for voice selection), and 22 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets.

SEE THRU BLACK CHERRY

With the EC-1000 EverTune BB, the “BB” stands for this guitar’s extra-thick metallic silver bold binding, which you’ll notice right away. But this guitar is more than great looking, with its set of EMG 60TW-R (neck) and EMG 81 (bridge) pickups, with a push-pull control to split the neck pickup. It offers 24 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets and the acclaimed EverTune constant tension bridge to keep your guitar in perfect tune under almost all circumstances.

The LTD Deluxe EC-1000 Gold Andromeda has a completely mind-blowing iridescent finish that emits different hues as light is reflected from different angles. This guitar, with gold hardware that complements its finish, comes with a set of Fishman Fluence Modern Humbucker pickups… Alnico in the neck, and Ceramic in the bridge, with a push-pull voice selection control. It also has 24 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets, and a TonePros locking bridge and tailpiece.

LTD Black Metal Series Expands

When we first launched the LTD Black Metal Series in 2018, we had no idea how popular it would be. Since then, we’ve continued to add new models to this outstanding collection of guitars and basses that all use the same theme of all-black finish and hardware, glow-in-the-dark side markers, and a streamlined one pickup, one volume control design.

The EC-FR Black Metal adds a Floyd Rose 1000 bridge to the already-cool EC-Black Metal. This guitar also features stainless steel frets, a single direct-mount Seymour Duncan Blackened Black Winter pickup, and a push-pull control on the volume knob for coil-splitting.

One of our more extreme guitar shapes now has a place in the Black Metal Series with the F Black Metal. It’s a neck-thru-body design with an extra thin U-shaped neck, a Floyd Rose 1000 bridge, a direct-mount EMG 81 pickup with special black logo, an EMG TKO kill switch, and stainless steel frets. Another exciting shape, the LTD Arrow, now has a Black Metal version with a TonePros locking bridge and string-thru-body design. It also features stainless steel frets, as well as the special EMG 81 and TKO kill switch. It’s called the Arrow-NT Black Metal.

We’re also adding another bass to the Black Metal Series with the M-4 Black Metal. It’s been a long time since we offered a bass in the M Series, and this one has the slab body and pointed inline headstock that made the older ones so cool. It’s a bolt-on design at 34” scale, and features a single direct-mount EMG 35CS pickup with special black logo, as well as Grover tuners, a Gotoh bridge, and stainless steel frets.

More New Basses

While we’re not unveiling all of our “New for 2021” instruments in this Phase 1 preview, there is another bass we can tell you about right now. It’s the LTD Deluxe Phoenix-1004, a bass we offered previously and is back by popular demand. This bass is stunning with its neck-thru-body design, black finish with ESP flag inlays, stainless steel frets, reverse headstock, and a set of outstanding EMG 35P4 and EMG 35J pickups.
