Question about '87 M1

I would like to know how low can the action be adjusted on the M1 '87 guitar. Since the floyd is not recessed, I can't tell by the photos if I can adjust it low enough to were I like it. On a recessed floyd I can take it down to literally touching the frets. I can raise it from there to get it perfect for me. In the pictures I have seen, the action is quite high as it is provided. I have not seen any videos of players playing fast legato lines high on the neck so I have nothing to really go off. So, I would like to know because I really like this model and I was born in 1987 so that makes it even cooler.

while I haven't had the m1 in my hands, guitars with non-recessed floyd generally have angled necks (like a les paul) so the strings are higher off the body at the bridge than for e.g. recessed floyds. there should be no trouble getting a very low action with this guitar.

I own one, and yes, you can get the strings to the fretboard.
