EC-256FM question

    I just ordered an LTD EC-256FM with the see-thur dark cherry burst from guitar center. When it arrived, I noticed it does not have the EC 256 inlay on the 12th fret which I was expecting. Is this because mine was made in China? I thought this model was made in Indonesia. The serial # is RS18021174. Based on my searching, I think the last number means made in China but which numbers tell me the year? And what does the RS stand for.

    Starting in late 2017, ESP and LTD stopped putting the model name on the 12th fret and instead show it on the truss rod cover.
