The ESP Guitar Company

This is my first ltd/esp product and I have a few things I am wondering  about it.

First off is the neck supposed to flex much? Mine flexes with very little pressure. If I am playing and move much or turn then it either goes flat or sharp depending on how I move. 

Next is what is the factory suggested measurements for action? When I got it the strings were around 8mm off the 22nd fret. I lowered them to 3 to make it playable. But the g string buzzes on every fret up the neck. The relief on the neck reads .012 at the 8th fret and the strings are 2mm off the 12th fret.

I purchased it from new. Said it was common for the strings to be set so high and the neck to flex so much. And suggested that I set it up with 9-42 strings.

None of that sounds right to me.
