Very disappointed so angry!!!!

I paid it for  factory sealed brand new one from thoman. 

But I got no original esp factory box also scratches so many places on hardcase 

Worst of all the edge of one of wings has paint damaged............ ....

I didn't even do any sound check yet 

Since I found quality issues

I don't even want this guitar anymore 

Is this esp fault or Thoman fault???

I really hate this happening specially 

Waiting so long to finally have it!!!!!

I hate esp and thoman from now on!!!!

no need to hate anyone, mistakes happens. It is frustrating to receive something that doesn't live up to your expectations. So send it back and request a refund.
