Forest GT Japan - 1st year of production?

    Anyone know which Japanese catalog the Forest GT first appeared in? I just bought one and I'm wanting to chase down a copy of the first catalog it appeared in

    I was able to gleen that it's in the 2000 Japanese catalog, and not in the 1998. So it debuted in either the 2000 or 1999 catalog, but after a bunch of searching I haven't been able to determine if there even was a 1999 Japanese ESP catalog.
