Does F-Spacing really matter on a rails pickup like the X2N?
No. Due to the rails.. they cover, or rather under-cover :confused: :p the entire string breadth radius & therefore there are no sound drop outs due to a string not being covered by a polepiece, because the rail is 1 long pole piece grabbing everything.. FWIW, EMG 81s have a set of rails underneath all that epoxy & plastic covering...
