SKB M series case question

    SKB M series case question

    Hi does anyone have the either of the cases for their M shape LTD/ESP ?

    SKB's 3i-4214-66 i-series waterproof strat/tele guitar case

    OR

     SKB's 3i-4214-66 i-series waterproof open cavity guitar case

     

    I actually have the Open Cavity for my ESP M1 and i want to order another one of these cases for a LTDM-HT Black Metal with an evertune.

    The open cavity is OK , it does move front to back (I would put foam for touring), it doesn't move side to side and it does move up and down a bit underneath the case lid (easy fix) , overall tho I'm very happy with the case. however i want to know if the Super Strat M shape fits better in the shaped case ?

    Also please no other case suggestions, IMO this case is the best touring case and also has wheels at the bottom ;D

      I can't help with the M fitment issue, but I have one of these for Eclipse / Les Paul guitars and it's excellent. It's much more form-fitting and less open than the case in your photo, though.
