why ESP do not use Reverse Pots on left handed guitars?

Hi! why ESP don't use Reverse Logarithmic Potentiometers - Anti Log pots - lefty pots on left handed guitars? even on my left-handed ESP Custom Shop KH2 neck thru i have right-handed pots wired as lefty. as many of you know this is wrong using logarithmic pots. i say wrong because the volume or tone increase in a bad way. you have a big raising of the volume at about 2-3-4 of the knob and from 4 to 10 a minimal variation. another issue it is we can't do volume swells.

Does anyone even manufacture left handed pots?

Perhaps you could contact parts palces and find out considering that pots werent specifically designed for guitars then it's quite unlikely there will be left handed variations however you might be able to find specialised pots that are more suited for left handers...

of course yes!

if you google reverse pot / anti log pots you'll find out ;)
it is better to call them reverse log or anti log pots instead of lefty pot. lefty pot is just another ( easy ) way to call them.

the point is... why even hi end guitars have inside wrong materials??
it is so easy to put the right potentiometer.... sometimes i get angry for this....:hat

flip your guitar around.

dummie.

Lefty guitarists get the shaft for sure, seems silly why they wouldnt use anti log pots as standard on a KH-2 though standard series I could understand but for a CS piece...

Good luck

the problem it is not the way you turn the pot CW or CCW...

the annoying thing is that using a righy pot wired as lefty instead of an anti log ( reverse log pot ) you have a limited adjustment of the volume or tone.
try a left hande guitar... you'll find out.
you have the full volume at 3-4 and from there to 10 almost nothing.
it's like having an on/off pot.
to avoid this factories should use anti log pots.. but who knows why...they keep using standard log pots (instead of anti log- reverse pot ).

As I'm right handed I don't have to try a leftie guitar.. No one would think of restringing a piano to be left handed, so what makes you think you cannot play a guitar that is right handed? Think about it. Open up your guitar choices. I know many lefties that play right handed instruments.
