mirror like ebony + lemon oil

    just a quick question: having a very nice white mx2 with a very shiny mirror like ebony fretboard... what should i do with it when it comes dry to preserve the mirror look? i mean: i guess that if i use lemon oil as i always do that mirror finish will go away... thanks

    once or twice every 6 months, don't wait untill it's dry, start now.
    the shiny finish will get less with playing.

      If you want to restore it a bit, get some 0000 steel wool and gently polish up the board and frets. 2000-grit sandpaper like Boinzo mentioned works well too. :o

      And... Fret Doctor. Let is soak in nicely.
