Help with ESP MX-II

Hello guys!

Just want to know what you think about this one.

Looks real to me, but I figure it's best to hear with you guys.

My biggest question is the "SW" on the coa.. What does it stand for? Snow white?

The seller says it's made in 2009.

Now, I don't even know half of what the people on this forum knows, but can you still

order these? Perhaps only if you live in Japan and know "some people"

And is it normal that the MX comes with a coa?

And of course, how much does these go for these days?

Anyway... If you experts would give me you five cents on it, I would be very thankful!

Have a nice day!

Pushead

Well, the guitar is a legit MX-II. I'd suspect the SW means snow white. This isn't a COA as much as it's a warranty card, but likely for the wrong guitar. No photo of the serial number to see what year it was made, but with the black chrome hardware, it seems like it should be around that year.

You can find "new" MX-IIs if you live in Japan, know someone there, or have done enough business with a store in Japan and they order it for you. It's not an easy process, even then.

Player's condition MX guitars can be found around $2700, excellent used versions could be as high as $4k. New should be over $5k USD.
