Nice guitar! I had the chance to play it in a house of a guy who was selling all his ESP´s Custom Hanneman´s. Those are incredible good. Have fun!

Right, the house I just bought in December was $100k deposit. So I still have a ways to go lol.

This is our 4th house we have bought. Always sold at the right time recouping our down payment plus equity. We put the 20% down on this house and pocketed the rest. We’ve been very lucky and fortunate in the housing market.
