I know of an Ouija for sale that I think is the absolute best one in the world.

It's in 100% mint condition!! It ain't cheap, but it's mint and worth every cent if you ask me.

I asked the seller a question about this one but haven't heard back. The fretboard looks really old and grimy (maybe missing a star inlay?) but there is paperwork from ESP mentioning a final inspection in 2018?!

ye paperwork doesn't match his claim it's a 2009 one.. serial is correct tho.. weird..

the star that seems missing on p1 i guess you think, it is there.. they are mirrored inlays and probably reflecting something black   (correct me if im wrong about the mirror inlays).

I know the seller of that Ouija Tondog. He is a forum member and a great guy too.

The star is definitely there, maybe a little hard to see on your screen.

And that is a replacement COA from ESP. The original COA went missing and this is what ESP sent out to the owner last year.

Not the correct Ouija COA, but at least it's something I guess.
