LTD BS-7

LTD BS-7

I've had this guitar for a while now, but can't quite figure out how it seems to be so generally overlooked. I know the AW-7 got a lot of attention, but this thing is spec'ed out amazingly. Cockstock, maple neck thru, alder body, flamed maple top, Dimarzios, no tone knob, and tung oiled neck. Plays amazingly and not a far cry by any stretch from any ESP Standards or E-IIs that I have played or owned. I can't find a fault with it in terms of finish and build quality.

I did swap the bridge PUP out to a D Activator and I really think that was an excellent move. Pretty perfect for me. Got me so stoked on playing a 7 that I went even further and bought an E-II Horizon FR7 as well. Both amazing guitars.

Big kudos to Ben Savage for not going nuts with putting his name or Whitechapel all over these guitars. I may not care for his band, but this guitar is a keeper. Much appreciation for keeping it tasteful.
