EC401 Black clean the bridge and tail

    Hi

    I have a black EC401. I want to clean/polish the bridge, tail and tuning pegs. They don't look silver but more a blackish color. I'm worried if I apply any product for chromed or silvered metals it might descolour the pieces. 

    Any advices on how to clean it ?

    You probably have regular black hardware, Id use a guitar specific cleaner for those metal parts and be done. 

     

    I have a guitar that has black nickel, I use regular guitar cleaner and its been fine since mid 90s
