ESP LTD M1000HT SS or Nickel frets?

Hi,

I have just bought an ESP LTD M1000HT (2020 model) and am unsure if the guitar has stainless steel or nickel frets.

Could you guys help me to know it?

At the store, they said it has stainless steel, but I am not sure of it.

The serial number is IW21110142.

I wanted to know because they adjusted the price and if it is not stainless steel I have the possibility to return it and acquire one at the same price but with SS frets.

Thank you in advance.

According to the serial number, it's a 2021 model. It should be stainless.

Do you know if there is anyway to be sure of it?

From what I could understand, the change from nickel to stainless steel happened mid 2021 (saw this one

No way that I'm aware of. I only have one guitar with stainless frets and it feels smoother when I bend, but not so much that I think I could honestly tell the difference.

I'm not sure that if I liked the guitar, I'd bother sending it back for a one with stainless frets.

It is more related with what I paid. Since the price was the same of what I would pay for one with SS frets, for example, at Thomann.

So I would expect to have SS frets and wanted to understand if I got my money's worth.
