I recently got an EC1000 with stainless steel frets and love the way it feels. I was looking at a used H1001 model online and am trying to figure out if it also has stainless steel frets. The current models do, and it’s quilted black cherry like the current model. I looked up the serial # online and see it’s from 12/2017. The seller says it has an ebony fretboard but wasn’t sure about the fret material.

I see older models were flame top, rosewood with normal frets, and didn’t know if based on it being ebony and quilted black cherry can I assume the frets are stainless steel? Or is that something that only started in 2019 or some time after December 2017? Thanks.
