LTD Locking Tuners

    I recently just bought a ESP LTD EC-1000 Electric guitar in Blue Natural Fade. This guitar sports LTD locking tuners. When tuning this guitar should the locking tuners be unlocked and then relocked when tuning is complete?

    Does anyone know anything about these guitars? I’m thinking of getting one. I know they are made in Korea, so that’s good! Do they play/sound good? Thanks!

      James, no don't unlock the tuner until you're ready to remove the strings.

      Curtis, that was a short lived model from around 2002-3. Basswood body, maple neck, 24 fret rosewood fret board, offset abalone inlays, 2 way truss rod, licensed Floyd, Duncan Designed pickups. They sold for around $300 when they were new.
