Viper 201B - Upgrade Pickups?

    Viper 201B - Upgrade Pickups?

    Hi all, anyone ever upgrade the default pickups on the Viper 201B Baritone? The Stock ones are OK but want something with more of a punch. I have a MH401B which has an EMG 81/85 and sounds great and is stock but want to upgrade the Viper with something else that just smacks you in the face. Any suggestions for a Baritone which will be in Drop B and A? Vipers current stock pickups are Passive.

    I always get my pickups handmade for me by Jaime at The Creamery in Manchester, UK. He offers a range of pickup models he's designed but if you know exactly what you want, he'll build you anything. I've used both his own designs and custom made pickups - they're always superb. I find his pickups to be even better than Bare Knuckles and quite a bit cheaper.
