usually (but not always) the first 2 digits in the serial number is the year, and until about 2017 i wanna say, the model was on the 12th fret. if theres no model number on the 12th fret of a 2013 id guess its maybe a signature model from 2013 or was produced in late 2013 for release in 2014... consult the old catalogs in the product archive under the support section of this site for thoes 2 years.

a picture would be best to help ID it... theres a little picture icon at the top of the box where you write your post below and you can upload directly to the site with out using a third party picture host to link from, so its pretty easy.

if ya cant do that, body shape (strat,les paul,V,explorer,ect), is the head stock reverse or not and weather its an archtop or not, quilt or flame maple top, color or graphic art on guitar, bridge type, neck thru or bolt on, would also help narrow it down... pick ups after all can be swapped so who can say for sure if it was originally there if bought used.
