V-200 Lawsuit questions

Hi,

I've got a lawsuit LTD V-200 guitar and I recently saw another one for sale which was a bit different from mine. I looked at some more V200's on google and they are all different from mine.

-The fretboard on mine is a lot lighter in color.

-V200 inlay on the 12th instead of LTD.

-Cavity cover on the rear is different.

-The other ones seem to have a bone nut, mine does not.

-Mine does not have a number stamped below the 22nd fret.

Does anyone have an idea as to why they are so different? Mine does not seem fake..? I bought it in Germany many years ago.

Nevermind the carbon flame stickers, those are just JH-1 inspired.

Thanks in advance!

Nathan S.

LTD stuff seems to be very inconsistent back then in regards to 12th fret inlays and such. White nut is not bone, just white plastic. Mine has the white nut.

Thanks, good to know.

Does your cavity cover plate look the same? I have not seen one with the shape mine has.

I'll have to look at it when I get home tonight. Don't touch that one often, I'm mostly a sit down player and can't get comfortable with a V.

Are you interested in parting ways with the V?
