Bridge issue with Viper-10

I have had an esp ltd viper-10 for 3 months now and I have noticed that one side of the bridge is not flush with the body. I am also experiencing fret buzz on the low E and A (same side of the bridge that is not flat.)

How is the bridge its self attached to the body? How can I repair this?

Here is an image if it helps.

There's nothing wrong with that. If it bothers you, you may be able to seat the bushing into the body better, but it may already be fully seated at that level. The bushings are held in by friction and a tight fit in the wood.

The buzzing on the E and A strings is not caused by this. Where you're playing when you hear the buzz will depend on what will help to fix it. Most likely, the guitar needs a slight truss rod adjustment.

Cheers thanks for that
