ive had my LTD EC1000 Deluxe for about 3 years now, and recently have had problems with my volume control and pickup switch. the volume knob has become something i cant touch now because if its turned or touched at all, it cuts out completely and i have to find the right exact spot to get it back to full volume and leave it there. it also puts out a static/crackling sound when turning it. also, when switching to bridge pickup, i get nothing. completely out, but when the switch is in the middle or facing towards the neck its fine. anybody know what could be causing this? my guess was a saudering issue (sp.?)
