Gary will be highlighting the recently-announced addition to his ESP/LTD Signature Series, the LTD GH-SV. This guitar offers all of the aggression and power for which Gary is known and loved. Features and specs: neck-thru-body at 24.75” scale, Black finish with multi-ply red binding, matching red pickup covers, 22 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets, a double-locking Floyd Rose 1000 tremolo system, Grover tuners, and a set of direct-mount EMG 89R (neck, splittable via push-pull) and an EMG 81 in the bridge.

Known as the godfather of thrash metal, Gary Holt joined Exodus in 1981 and played in that band’s early days alongside his then-bandmate Kirk Hammett. Over the subsequent 30+ years, Gary has played on every Exodus album. In 2011, his unmistakable super-aggressive playing style made him the ideal choice as the second guitarist in Slayer.
