Kaj's Guitarstore also has one, but never responded when I asked how much a while back. I don't think he ships to the states, and usually is on the higher end for what he wants to sell guitars for.

I live in the Netherlands and I know Kaj. He isn’t the owner of those guitars. I phoned him the other since he didn’t respond to my offers. He said he was going to contact the owner again and let me know. Haven’t heard from him since.
