    What do you guys think of the George Lynch GL-200MT? Would it be better to save up and get a real M1 Tiger or a Charvel San Dimas instead? With upgrades like a better pickup & Original Floyd Rose, would it make it a good guitar? Thanks for the input.....

    It's a solid platform to build off... even with the Floyd Special and ESP humbucker, it was a nice guitar. You figure, you can score a used 200 from ebay for $300-400, add a Duncan pickup for $80, and you'll still be ahead price wise from any of the new Charvels and miles ahead of the price of a real M-1 Tiger. I have yet to see one go for under a grand.

      played one the other day at guitar center. for a cheap bridge and pick up its not bad, i dont like maple board for some reason and i think the finish is too much but super awesome guitar. To be honest i wouldnt change a thing unless i had money to burn.

          It's not a bad platform to build off of, but for roughly the same price, you can pick up a MW600 which plays better than the GL.
