Monte Pittman: "La Isla Bonita"

Monte Pittman: "La Isla Bonita"

When you think of Madonna, which we assume you do from time to time, you're probably not thinking of metal. We really don't want to know what you are thinking about, but regardless of that, ESP player Monte Pittman has held the role of The Material Girl's guitarist for a number of years. In this video from our pals at Guitar World, Monte turns up the heat with his ESP E-II FRX and gives you a whole new feel on Madonna's classic 1986 pop song "La Isla Bonita". Monte's E-II FRX features a set-thru neck, mahogany body with flamed maple top, ebony fingerboard, Floyd Rose Original bridge, and a set of EMG 89R/89 active pickups.

I have to say, growing up with Madona, that's some of the coolest I have ever heard her music. Awesome job on an awesome guitar.
