The ESP Guitar Company

If you want to a) get rocked hard and b) get completely immersed in the sound of ESP, the ongoing DevilDriver and Whitechapel co-headlining tour has been just what the doctor ordered. This tour in unique in that all the guitarists (and even one of the bassists) in both bands have ESP Signature Series models.

DevilDriver includes ESP-playing guitarists Mike Spreitzer and Jeff Kendrick. You’ll likely see Mike rocking his V-shaped LTD MS-1, with its menacing Maroon Sunburst finish and dual EMG 81 pickups. Jeff’s signature guitar is the LTD JK-1, a single-cutaway Eclipse shape with a Dark See Thru Blue finish over its flamed maple top.

Whitechapel is another band that’s chock full of ESPs. Alex Wade’s LTD AW-7 is an amazing 7- string guitar that includes a Blood Red Sunburst finish on a flamed maple top, and Dimarzio Dactivator passive pickups. Ben Savage’s LTD BS-7 is another 7-string model with neck-thrubody construction, a See Thru Black finish on flamed maple, a Floyd Rose Bridge, and a ! Dimarzio Liquifire / Dimarzio Crunchlab pickup set. Zach Householder holds down brutal riffs with his LTD ZH-7, a 7-string model with a quilted maple top, neck-thru design, and Dimarzio Dactivator pickups. Finally, bass player Gabe Crisp can be seen with his LTD GC-4, which offers neck-thru mahogany body construction, with an ebony fingerboard and an active EMG pickup set.
