With the incredible Violet Andromeda finish, this EC-1000 model is simply mind blowing in the way it changes color between shades of purple, blue, and even greenish tints as it reflects light from various angles. A set-neck design for smooth access to the higher frets, it has a mahogany body and a three-piece mahogany neck. The EC-1000 Violet Andromeda features Fishman Fluence Modern Humbucker active pickups (Alnico in the neck position, Ceramic in the bridge), with a push-pull control to activate the second voicing. Premier components include LTD locking tuners and a TonePros locking TOM bridge and tailpiece.

    This guitar plays great and it is super comfortable. The Violet Andromeda finish is just so beautiful. Well done ESP!

      Could someone explain to me how the availability for these works? Was just a limited amount manufactured and that is it, or is ESP constantly manufacturing and restocking these? Seems like it is impossible to find this guitar anywhere. I want one so baaaaad!

        Hi, LH models are produced in smaller batches so they may have limited availability even in normal times. Currently due to supply chain delays the expected delivery for new production has been pushed out further. The best thing you can do is get one on preorder with a dealer so that you can reserve

          Check ADK guitar in New York state. They are a great supplier of lefties. Once in a while one will pop up on Reverb.

            Just got one. What can be said other than IT IS AWESOME. First guitar with the Fishman Fluence Modern pick ups so wasnt sure if I would like them. Well......they are awesome as well, give me some variety of tones on top of my other guitars.

            The andromeda finish is spectacular.
