    Guitars in the LTD 1000 Series are designed to offer the tone, feel, looks and quality that working professional musicians require in an instrument. With the Viper-1000, the classically diabolical offset double-horn body shape of the Viper is spiced up via mahogany body with an exceptional quilted maple top, and a three-piece mahogany neck. This LTD Deluxe Viper model also includes top-tier components like direct-mount Seymour Duncan Sentient (neck) and Pegasus (bridge) passive pickups, splittable by a push-pull control. Other high-end components include a TonePros locking TOM bridge and tailpiece, and LTD locking tuners. Available in See Thru Purple Sunburst and Tiger Eye Sunburst finishes.

    Just got my purple Viper yesterday. Totally impressed, it's a gorgeous instrument and the SD Pegasus is phenomenal. Nice harmonics and great note separation. The only criticism I have is the fretwork; the fret ends are a bit sharp. Other than that, love the guitar. Been playing ESP since the 80's and won't stop anytime soon!

      Got mine a while ago, and I'm absolutely in love with it! SD Sentient and Pegasus pups wasn't that familiar to me before, but I have to say that they're much better than the JB + '59 set.

                    Hi, I just purchased one and the push pull knob fell off. Do you know what size allen wrench i would need to tighten it.   FYI the guitar is great. I also bought the viper urban camo and tombstone case.

                      A tool pack is provided with every instrument we send out, maybe check with the dealer you bought this from in case it wasn't included.  Should be 2mm
