I'm considering to buy this guitar. I have a few ESP and E-ll M-ll. Is there a reason why ESP don't make Extra Thin Flat Neck profile anymore on the M-II ? In my opinion it was way better than the thin U on this particular model.

Thank you

Hi Chris, thanks for your questions. ESP did use the extra thin flat and thin flat neck shapes back in the 80's and 90's. It's certainly a shape we consider for some models however our Thin U neck shape has become our standard shape which most people are comfortable with. However we see that you're looking for more of the Extra Thin Flat shapes so we'll note your suggestion. Thanks for pointing this out.

any chance to get the same model with active EMG pickups ? never tried these BARE KNUCKLE ...

Todd B. ESP

Hi chadi, Sorry these come with the specs you see. It is not possible to customize pickups or any other specs.

If you want to customize specs like nut, Tuners, pickups or anything else, order through Sweetwater. They charge $75 for labor plus the $100-$200 bucks for the pair of pickups they are going to be installing. They do a great job.

Hi Andrew, thanks for that tip.

This is near perfection. I'd just like to see this with an Evertune.

Hey Justin, Thanks for that suggestion, sounds like a good idea to me.

Hi, is this kind of bridge efficient for drop tuning? (not as floyd rose )

Todd B. ESP

Hi dubois, Yes this bridge lends itself to easier drop tuning since there is no string lock and it is mounted to the body top. It is easy to drop tune or go back and forth.
