ESP FRX

ANDROMEDA II

$4,699.00 with case

All ESP Original Series instruments are hand-crafted by the world-renowned expert luthiers at the ESP Custom Shop in Japan. With the ESP FRX, you get an extreme, aggressive guitar shape that has been a hallmark of ESP for decades. Taking this idea to the highest degree of design and build quality, the ESP FRX has the bold curves that will stand out from the crowd in any musical setting. It offers set-thru construction with a multi-beveled alder body adjoined to a slim U-shaped 3-piece maple neck with ebony fingerboard that has 24 extra-jumbo frets and offset dot inlays. Components on the ESP FRX rank among the world’s best for guitar players who demand perfection, and include a Schaller straplock, Gotoh locking tuners, and Floyd Rose Original bridge. Our most updated lineup of ESP FRX models offer Bare Knuckle pickups: a set of Painkiller pickups (perfect for progressive technical metal styles with a combination of tight, resonant lows and intense pick attack) in Burnt Chrome covers available in Andromeda II finish, or Aftermath pickups (with fat, powerful clean tones, or fluid vocal-like sustain when driven hard) in Tyger covers available in Cast Metal Andromeda II finish. Both ESP FRX models include a high-quality hardshell ESP case.

1.that is one sick guitar

2. Is it possible to get in in 7 string and hardtail?

3.how can I get one of my local dealer isn't an official esp dealer like could I but it straight from ESP?

Todd B. ESP

Hi Aidan, Since all our ESP Originals are made at our custom shop, you can customize them and basically order whatever version you want. Keep in mind that it's built to order and pricing from the custom shop will be higher than what you may see listed for the stock model if you add components or features or make changes. If you don't have a dealer near you please contact your nearest dealer or online dealer, or contact ESP directly and ask how to go about ordering. For custom orders we do not sell direct so it must be through a dealer.

Any chance this could be ordered with an Evertune bridge rather than the Floyd Rose?

Todd B. ESP

Hi Acommon, Any of our ESP Original series could be customized but it would change the price. The Evertune bridge would require the body arch shape to be modified because it must have a flat surface to be mounted to. Other than that issue, it seems do-able.

I seen the cast metal Andromeda II, and I thought that it blew me away, and it did.  I love the paint work on this FRX even more; it doesn’t even look solid - the paint makes it look like liquid metal!  Incredible!
