EC-1 Traveler

EC-1 Traveler
with gig bag
NOTE: Due to ongoing challenges in the global supply chain, instruments purchased from ShopESP that are not currently in stock may take an extended time frame to be delivered.

We’ve teamed up with the innovators at Traveler Guitar to offer this perfect solution for ESP players who need a super-compact guitar for road trips, to keep at the office, or just to have handy anytime you need to rock. Don’t be fooled by the apparent small size of the LTD EC-1; it’s built at full 24.75” scale, so it’s excellent for practicing and jamming no matter where you go. The EC-1 includes an ESP Designed ALH-200B active pickup, as well as a built-in 4-channel headphone amplifier with clean, boost, overdrive and distortion tones that you can hear in earphones or run into an amp. It's also equipped with an aux input so you can connect your mobile device and play along with your favorite tracks. Inspired by the ESP Eclipse shape, the EC-1 offers an arched mahogany body, locking tuning machines, an adjustable TOM bridge, body and neck binding. Weighing in at only 5 lbs. 4 oz., the LTD EC-1 is purely designed for the traveling musician. It also includes a gig bag, and is available in Vintage Black (with gold hardware) and Snow White (with black hardware) finishes.

Is it possible to modify this before shipping to come with an EMG 81 in it? Just to make it sound super high quality.

Carl N.

Hey Andrew, our instruments are sold with the specifications shown, unfortunately we cannot modify these before shipment.  Though you could always have whatever pickup you wanted installed afterwards.

My next guitar. Gonna keep it in my truck at all times.

Carl N.

Hope you enjoy it!
