The LTD LK-600 is the Signature Series guitar of Luke Kilpatrick, guitarist for Australian metalcore sensations Parkway Drive. Based on the ESP Horizon shape, the LK-600 is a neck-through-body monster that’s ready for your most brutal and intense performances. It has a mahogany body with a maple cap for excellent sustain and articulation, along with a stable and fast thin U-shaped three-piece maple neck with Macassar ebony fingerboard (adorned with the Parkway Drive symbol at the 12th fret) and 24 extra-jumbo frets. Components on the LK-600 include the excellent combination of EMG 60 (neck) and EMG 81 (bridge) pickups with brushed black chrome covers, offering versatile tones for both pounding rhythms and aggressive leads. This guitar also provides a TonePros locking TOM bridge with string-thru-body design and LTD locking tuners. Available in Black finish with Black Nickel hardware.

Mr.Kenny

I think H-1001 is better than this

Lukáš K.

Yeah and the thing is that it won´t cost that much, just because it have someone´s name on it. It´s really shame how LTD´s are made, it doesn´t even come with glow in the dark side dots or stainless steel frets, there are brands that will give you for less money than on this one these features and will include or you can buy a strap and hard case to fit the price of this guitar. The only thing for me on this guitar is that it comes with 43mm nut but for that money I can get better spec´d guitar than this expensive one.

Thanks for your insight Lukáš but I should note that this model is produced to the specifications of the artist.  If they had designed this with glow in the dark side dots and stainless steel frets in mind then it would have been produced as such.  There are a number of other LTD instruments to feature glow in the dark side dots and our USA instruments were some of the first to offer stainless steel frets.  Hope this helps.

Thanks Carl for your respond, but my issue there is that this guitar is much more expensive as " artist " model than standard model which I don´t understand and I am pointing out that there are brands that give you for less or same better features on same build or maybe better quality. With that in mind is such a sad thing that LTD offers this many guitars but these artist models are so pricey.

Carl N.

Hey Lukáš, unfortunately artist models are going to be a little more expensive than standard production instruments,  This is just the nature of the industry.
