Looking into buying my second ESP and would love if this featured a full thickness non chambered body like Neil's ESP, maybe some day...looks like a nice one.
Is there anywhere for us to formally request the wine red version of this guitar? I (and quite a few other people I know of) would really dig that!
Since this is a signature model it would be up to the artist to determine any specification changes to this model. Though you could always request one to be built by our custom shop, just visit an ESP dealer to submit your request for a quote.
Oh my mistake: it would be a second guitar, not a change to this one. He has a baritone version of this guitar in the wine red finish. 27.7 inch scale and bare knuckle juggernaut pickup rather than the aftermath. Many people are interested! This is as of last night on Neil's twitch stream. We really wanted to show that there was definite interest from fans, many of which who already have the white version and would be interested in the baritone version as well! Thanks for your time!
Getting ready to pull the trigger on an NW44. Have an E2 eclipse now and absolutely love it. Concerned about the Indonesian built NW not feeling as high quality but I love the scale and the simplicity of itand dying to try the Aftermath pickup. Any feedback from others? Also the stock strings are way lighter than Neil’s not even slinkies. Will the nut accept these without modification?
E-II instruments will be of a higher quality than LTD instruments regardless of what country they are made in, though they will still be great instruments. Whenever you change string gauges it would be a good idea to have your nut modified to accommodate the change.

i purchased the NW44 couple months back and my version is built in Korea. Great guitar, the feel, the look, & the aftermath sounds awesome. The only thing I’ve done to it is added a bone nut & had it set up for a Drop C.
I recently purchased one of these. I've been playing Eclipses since 1997. This is the nicest Eclipse I've ever owned (over 10). I put a gold knurled dome knob on it, changed the pickup ring to gold and put a - by ESP - truss rod cover on it, and I LOVE IT!!! I highly recommend this guitar. IT plays and feels AMAZING! Oh yeah, I'm an EMG diehard but I do love the sound of this pickup. However, the volume knob dynamics thing mentioned above has some truth to it. This exact guitar should be added to the EC line in other finishes and colors. IMHO
I have to add, I love 1 humbucker Eclipses (hence my comment about it being added to the EC line above) and the neckthrough is incredibly buttery.

Hey Yvan, Eclipse instruments will be about 8-9lbs and yes, it is 2020 and we are pursuing the manufacture of this guitar.
