Saved up and purchased this for my very first Ltd guitar. First one came with a very large chunk of wood dinged out of the backside. Sent it back and received another. The replacement has an electronics issue that I have to now have assessed by a local shop that does esp warranty work. The QC is not on par with the price. Also in the picture it showed Korean factory. Guitar received was built in Indonesia. Left with a bitter taste in my mouth and a decision to make.

Hi Inkdbakr, Thanks for sharing your experience. We're sorry to hear that you received 2 guitars with problems. Have you reached out to your dealer or distributor to help you solve the issues? We value your feedback and thank you for letting us know of your issue. We hope that your dealer can resolve the issue for you. Please note that we currently produce this model in both Indonesia and Korea. The guitar should be of excellent quality regardless of where it's made. If you need further help please reach out to us at customerservice@espguitars.com

If I ordered this guitar, and the case, would you ship the guitar in the case? Or ship them separate?

Todd B. ESP

Hi John, if these are ordered at the same time the guitar will be packed in the case.

Please can you tell me if this guitar comes with a Macassar Ebony Fingerboard or Pau Ferro? Seems to be conflicting information between the description & specification.

Todd B. ESP

Hi Andrew, thanks for pointing that out. The fingerboard is in fact Macassar Ebony, not Pau Ferro. We will update our description on the site.

Jason S.

oh i just noticed. The name of the guitar is the MH- 1000NT but the description calls it the MH- 1001NT. there is a typo somewhere lol

Todd B. ESP

Hi Jason, thanks for pointing that out. We updated our product description to match. We do have another model called MH-1001NT , basically same guitar with some slightly different specs. The body type or overall guitar design can be referred to as MH.

Jason S.

What Body type is it? Im trying to create a similar looking and sounding guitar in the custom shop form but I dont really know guitar terms lol
also what should i do for stuff that isnt listed in the specs like the pickup route and control patterns/wiring?

Todd B. ESP

Hi Jason, this is our MH body, same as Horizon (H). I suggest talking with on of our dealers who can help you fill out the custom order. You can always say "match electronics from model xxx " if you want to match any current model.
