EX-200
EX-200
BLACK
For those about to rock with the LTD EX-200, we salute you! This model, now built with set-neck construction for smooth access to the highest frets, is available in Black and Black Cherry Metallic finishes, and offers ESP Designed humbucker pickups and TOM-style bridge and tailpiece. This guitar offers aggressive styling in its mahogany body, and includes a three-piece maple neck with roasted jatoba fingerboard and 22 extra-jumbo frets.
Guys, what is going on with your EX series? First of all the angle of the arm rest back is WAY too extreme. It’s super uncomfortable, not to mention it’s ugly. Also the finishes. You can get black, or white. Seriously? So boring. Give us some maple tops with cool finishes like you do with the eclipse models. The lack of options, and that hideous upper horn contour has prevented me from buying an EX from you. I want to give you my money. Don’t you want my money? Don’t make me buy a Jackson or a solar. I’ll hate it, I’ll hate myself, and I’ll hate you for making me do it. GIVE THE EX SOME LOVE!!!
I have always been a huge fan of these guitars as a whole, but part of me wishes that Gibson would have never started that ridiculous lawsuit that ended the best version of this guitar in my opinion. To me, it was better looking when it was a James H. Style guitar that had the curves, not the sharp edges like the newer versions. I was born maybe half a decade after the lawsuit, so it’s likely that I would never be able to afford of be able to find one pre-lawsuit in good condition. It’s halfway depressing.
