E-II HRF NT-8 BARITONE

BLACK SATIN

$1,999.00 with case

Made at the ESP factory in Japan, the ESP E-II HRF NT-8 Baritone is a monster guitar in every conceivable aspect. A 27" baritone 8-string guitar with neck-thru-body construction, the HRF takes design elements from both our H (Horizon) and F (Forest) guitar families. Typically tuned to F#-B-E-A-D-G-B-E, the HRF NT-8 Baritone provides a massively extended low end range for players who want to go beyond the typical limitations of standard guitars. It offers a surprisingly comfortable alder body, paired with a three-piece maple neck and an ebony fingerboard with 24 extra-jumbo frets. The ESP E-II HRF NT-8 Baritone includes a set of professional-caliber components, like a bone nut, Schaller straplock, Gotoh locking tuners, and a Hipshot fixed bridge with string-thru-body design. The set of EMG 85-8H (neck) and EMG 81-8H (bridge) active pickups on this extreme guitar are specifically designed to give you the range of articulate and aggressive tones you've always wanted. Available in Black Satin finish. Includes ESP deluxe form-fitting case.

Do you still sell them new? Would love to buy one.

Carl N.

Yes we do, this is still a currently produced model.

Benjamin S.

Can you put an Evertune on it?  If so, take my money.

Carl N.

Hey Benjamin, unfortunately not but you can always place an order with our custom shop if you have money to burn.

Benjamin S.

I understand.  That’s unfortunate that I’d have to pay over twice as much just to get one different spec on this guitar.  Guess I’ll have to go through evertune to have them install.  Can you please email me a pic of this model that you have listed as a blemish?   Thank you.

Carl N.

Hey Benjamin, our 2nds models are sold as is, sight unseen.  Unfortunately we wouldn't be able to send you images of the instrument beforehand.

What is the standard tuning of this beast?

Carl N.

Hey Clay, here are our string specs from our FAQ, also a link for your reference.

What kinda headstock is this one called

Carl N.

Hey Dustin, this is modeled after the headstocks used on "F" Forest series instruments.  HRF = Horizon/Forest     Horizon body with a Forest headstock.

Hi Joel, There are no more 8 strings planned to release for ESP or E-II. The only available models are listed on our site now.
