It's an ltd - it say's so on the headstock and on the neck

this should date to between 1996-1998, it's an LTD EC-200.

It could be Japanese, but it's more likely to be korean made.

similar to my Blue one but the Blue one has a oval control cavity and a luthiers joint on the neck instead of the headstock.

the Blue one also has EMG's that are not original to the guitar.
