Can someone give advice for changing pickups

I have a V series LTD that came stock with EMG actives and I'm replacing them with Seymour Duncan Black winters so I probably have to switch out the pots and input jack I guess (I've never done it before). I'm not sure which hardware will fit for this guitar model. Also the guitar has 2 volume knobs for each pickup and 1 tone knob and a 3 way toggle switch if anyone has recommendations to what I should get.

Yes, you'll need new pots and a jack. Typically with humbuckers you'll want 500kohm pots. For that guitar, you'll want the short shaft. You'll also need a capacitor for the tone pot, most people go with the .022 value with humbuckers.

You can reuse the toggle switch.

Thank you so much this was just the kind of info I was looking for. The pots I have right now are split shaft and do you know if the knobs ESP/LTD guitars come with are metric knobs or not? Even if I do make the hole in the guitar bigger to fit the pots into I'm still not sure if the knobs will fit on it.

I was looking at these: https://store.rsguitarworks.net/products/rs-guitarworks-500k-superpot-long

for the volume of course they would have the shorter thread if I can find them or these instead:

The set from Stew Mac will work.
