I hate tubby lows, and "dark" is not really a sound I'm too into. Infact, my presence and resonance are usually jacked, EQ set to L: 1 M: 9 H:9. Lead channel pregain set to about 6, post set for volume. I was either gonna get a set of Tungsol or Svetlana power tubes. Not sure if I should go with soft, medium, or hard plate. Also need tubes for V1-V5. Will mix and match, as well. PLEASE make suggestions based on what's available there. Thanks!
