What noise supressor would you guys recommend ?

NS2 if using in front of an amp or a Hush Super C in the loop. I use both at the same time for that really staccato machine rhythm sound.

NS-2 in the chain and ISP in the loop...nothing but intended noises will come out of your speakers, as it should be.
