help tuning down, string gauge up

So i have a Horizon with Floyd Rose that i want to tune down from E standard to Db-Ab-Db-Gb-Bb-Eb, but go up a gauge in strings from the standard 9-42 to 10-46 - what is the best way to go about this, just change the strings one at a time and tune/retune as i go? I'm also considering putting in a tremolno or a brass trem block so the bridge is in dive only - should i do this before or after changing strings and retuning?
tyler t.

as far as the strings go its ok to go up a gauge due to the strings will hold the lower tuning better. sadly i have no freaking clue on floyds. i would guess all at once and adjust the floyds tension once the strings are on
