heyy i want to cover up a strap peg hole since i moved the strap peg. can i do this with woodglue and toothpicks? or should i go for some otehr filler? and how can i match my black paint to esp's black?

i'd get a dowel the size of the hole, about 1/8" i suppose, dip it in some titebond, stick it in the hole, cut it off flush with the surface. use wood filler to fill in the pores & low spots, sand using ultra fine 0000 steel wool or 1200 grit sandpaper... but i'm no professional..

don't know about painting..

okay well i couldnt rlly run to the store cuz itz far away, but i tried the toothpick idea and it worked. and itz a relatively small part, so ill fix it with a permy marker:)
