hey um can u go from drop c(cgcfad) to drop d standard(dgcfad) on a floyd rose tremolo using the fine tuners?

I was having the same problem. It depends how you set up your floyd. When you first tuned it to Drop C if you loosened the low E fine tuner, then you could just tighten it and it would become D standard. By the way its just D Standard, you don't need to write "drop d standard"

you need to tighten it, that will make it go up to D
loosening it will make it lower

Yeah, key words here being "drop c". It drops the D in D standard down to C. So to get it back to D, you have to raise the pitch. Meaning you have to screw the fine tuner down.
