    Hey all! I want to buy ltd f-50, it'll be my first electric guitar, is it a good choice for a begginer? Genres i want play: death, power, black... Are standard picks good?

    The F-50 was my very first electric guitar, too! It's a good guitar to start out with, but if you were planning to buy it new, I suggest to look for a better quality, used guitar at around the same price level.

    If you find a used one at a really good price, you can buy it and in the future (when you have more guitars), you can have it as a back-up/beater guitar...at least, that's what I did with mine. lol
