my favorite is my dv8-r dve mustaine flying v...its 25 1/2 scale length...i find that scale length holds the tuning better

24.75 because my reach on my hands suck :lol
plus i mostly play in E/Eb/drop D/drop C# (for LoG) and .11-.48 EB strings work well on it rather then my old 25.5

Curt Daddy

25.5" I just like it because it's what i'm used to.

I'm not really loyal to one scale length. I don't even really think about it when I'm looking for a guitar. If I like how the guitar plays, I'll play it and just adjust accordingly.

Xaladar

Well, my Squiers are both 25.5. They're alright, but I prefer the 24.75 length of my Viper-50, easy bends and slightly easier playing.

SixFlames

25.5 in. I like it.
want to try baritone scale.
don't mind 24.75.

and I like my basses at 35"

heretic

my current favorite....35"....Customized traben phoenix bass

custangro

24.75 because it fits my hand the best :)

OutlawTorn

24.75....its what my viper is

garyjfoster

I have vipers in 24 3/4 and 25 1/2 scales

mäns

27" because I need place for my big hands.
Got an mx CS with 27" scale and a SC607B,

BlowitUp

25.5 because i have huge hands/fingers and they don't really fit well on anything smaller... that being said i haven't found a guitar that's 25.5 that i like the tone of, so i play a 25 and just don't go past the 22nd fret much at all. maybe when i win the lottery i'll pay somebody to build me a nice custom shop 25.5 in the shape/look of an LP with a skinny wide neck.

Jesse Susik

25.5 dude. my hands are big, so i like that scale.

Aidenm

24.75 is just to small...its gotta b 25.5

Matthew

25.5 works good for me. 24 and 27 aren't really a problem, I just tend to like guitars with 25.x scale length.

h8mtv

24.75 I am not a size queen.

garyjfoster

i guess it really depends on the guitar

carbons2k

30" I love the feel of the baritone.
