Got my Eclipse II back from the tech

    Wow!! What a difference!!! New CTS pots, new ceramic cap, truss rod adjustment, set the action, intonation, set the pickup height and put 10's back on them. And got it back the same day...2 hours if I'm not mistaken. My most expensive guitar is almost my favorite in the stable now. I got it in a trade a couple of weeks ago and it was buzzing and couldn't keep in tune very long. I think I'm going to make it a habit for all my guitars to have a yearly setup. Nothing like a well setup guitar to keep me motivated to practice, learn, and play.

        That is a beauty. YOu have a very good tech shop around you. I wish I can do a same day pickup of 2hours job without any extra charge and bad services.

            Hey Gerry, any particular reason for changing out the pots? And yes seasonal set ups are def recommended especially if you live where the weather changes...
